This information is used only for creating and managing the teacher account. We do NOT share this information with any third-party services.
Student Information
Teachers can add students in the system. The following student information may be collected:
- Student Full Name
- Date of Birth
- Email Address
- Mobile Number
This data is stored securely and is not shared with any external parties.
2. Teacher Account Features
Teachers can perform the following actions inside the application:
- Add, edit, search, or delete student records
- Create exams using exam code, exam title, subject name, question type, total questions, and marks
- Set exam start time, end time, and exam date
- Add or manage questions for each exam
- Publish exams for students
- Delete exams when necessary
3. Exam Management
- Teachers can create exams using MCQ or Long Question formats.
- MCQ exams provide instant results to students after submission.
- Long Question exams require teachers to review and mark answers manually.
- Teachers can check expired exams and review student submissions.
- Only teachers can view and manage exam results.
4. Student Login
Students can log in to the application using:
- Date of Birth
- Mobile Number
Only students who are added by the teacher can log in to the system.
5. Taking Exams
- Students can view available exams created by teachers.
- Students must enter the exam code to join an exam.
- Exams are available only during the scheduled date and time.
- When exam time ends, answers are automatically submitted and stored in the database.
- MCQ exam results are shown instantly.
- Long question exam results are shown after teacher evaluation.
6. Results and Exam History
- Students can view the results of exams they have taken.
- Students can also view expired exams and review exam questions.
- Teachers can view results of all students who joined the exam.
7. Data Sharing Policy
Somnath Quiz does NOT sell, trade, or share any teacher or student personal information with third parties. All collected information is used only for the functionality of the application.
8. Account Control
- Teachers can manage students and exams.
- Students can participate in exams and view results.
- Both teachers and students can delete their account at any time.
9. Data Security
We use appropriate security measures to protect user data from unauthorized access, misuse, or disclosure.
